Nathan Breglio - President & CEO
Nate has been a Crest employee since 2005. Nate manages the day-to-day company operations and preconstruction management services. He also oversees the project managers during the construction process.
Nate attended Providence College and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and an Associates Certificate in Business Studies. After College, he attended additional Masters of Business Administration courses at the University of Hartford and graduated from trade license training at the Construction Education Center in Rocky Hill, CT. He currently holds state of Connecticut Fire Sprinkler and HVAC Contractor Trade licenses.
In his free time, Nate enjoys working out at the gym, traveling with his wife, spending time with his son and following the New England Patriots football team & Providence College Friars basketball team.

Paul Breglio- CFO
Paul has been a Crest employee since 1978. Paul Breglio joined Crest Plumbing & Heating Co. in 1978 when Crest was a small residential contractor. In 1982, Paul became President of Crest Mechanical Contractors & Engineers, the preceding name and company to Crest Mechanical Services. Paul helped grow the company from its single-trade roots to a multi-trade, full service mechanical contracting firm. Paul attended Central CT State University and majored in Accounting. He later attended Trinity College in Hartford, CT where he earned a degree in Economics. Paul holds state of CT master trade licenses in HVAC, Plumbing & fire sprinkler trades. Paul is now semi-retired and enjoys sailing with his wife, woodworking, managing his real estate portfolio, and spending time with his grandsons.

Steve Voros -Vice President
Steve has been a Crest employee since 1996. Steve Joined Crest Mechanical as a plumbing field foreman. Steve has since gone on to obtain his State Master Licenses in the Plumbing and Medical Gas trades. He is field proficient in all types of commercial and industrial plumbing, heating, and process piping work. From 2005 through 2008, Steve was the company's General Superintendent for field personnel. Steve now handles responsibilities in estimating, sales and general management. His responsibilities entail negotiating, outlining project parameters, project evaluation, and project management supervision. Steve is a company principal with equity interest.

Giuseppe "Joe" Labella- Vice President of Field Operations
Joe has been a Crest employee since 1991. Joe started as a plumbing apprentice and worked himself through the ranks of journeyman and foreman for plumbing and fire sprinkler work. He now holds the position of Field Operations Manager. Joe's tasks including scheduling manpower for ongoing projects & managing Crest's field foremen. Joe is a Principal with equity interest. Joe's 30 years of experience and expertise in his trade fields, and his strong work ethic has made him a respected employee with our corporate customer base and General Contractors alike. Joe was schooled in plumbing and FP trades through the State of CT apprentice program and the American Fire Sprinkler Association. In his spare time, Joe enjoys fishing, boating, and spending time with his wife and daughters.
