Abrasives Manufacturing Facility - CT
Crest Mechanical has performed various installation and maintenance services for a large abrasives manufacturing plant in North Windham, CT.
New installations have included air handlers, dehumidification systems, heat reclaim systems and dust collection systems. Mechanical maintenance on oil burners, air handlers, chillers and compressors is also performed yearly.
Aramark Laundry Facility- Bloomfield, CT
Crest Mechanical installed complete HVAC, Process Piping, Plumbing and Fire Sprinkler systems for this new ground-up commercial laundry facility in Bloomfield, CT.

Process piping was extensive, with Air, process water, and natural gas piping to numerous commercial washers, dryers and clean room equipment.
​
Ductwork included complete fit-out of new offices as well as venting for large-scale commercial dryers and boilers.

Fire Sprinkler work included a complete new wet-pipe sprinkler system per NFPA-13 code, along with specialty clean room sprinklers for the sensative clean room facility.

Medical Manufacturing Facility - Mechanical Plant
Crest Mechanical upgraded the entire Mechanical cooling plant for this large scale medical manufacturing facility.
Work included new Air cooled chillers & pumps, complete new rooftop piping mains, rigging, welding and controls.
