Safety

"The Cost of Safety Is Priceless!"

Safety is a dynamic learning experience for all of our employees, regardless if they work in the field or the office.  We have a safety plan in place that rewards workers for continuous company hours worked without an accident resulting in loss of time.  Employees are encouraged to scope out jobsites for potential safety hazards and bring them to the attention of the construction manager and our in-house safety director.

Our in-house safety director, Ron Madama, works with our insurance carrier to educate Crest's employees in areas such as hand tool use, lock out tag out, defensive driving, ladder use and many more jobsite hazards.  All of our employees have at least 10 hours of OSHA Certification and many have or are working on obtaining their 30 hour certificates.  Frequent unannounced jobsite inspections are made by our safety director in order to identify unsafe practices and conditions, because no matter how much workers value safety, at Crest we know The Cost of Safety Is Priceless!
