Crest Ownership Team

Paul Breglio


Paul has been a Crest employee since 1978. Paul Breglio joined Crest Plumbing & Heating Co. in 1978 when Crest was a small residential contractor. Having gained previous field experience in the Plumbing, HVAC and Fire Protection fields, he was brought into the office in a managerial position. In 1982, Paul became President of Crest Mechanical Contractors & Engineers, the preceding name and company to Crest Mechanical Services. Paul helped grow the company from its single-digit employment to over 100 employees by the early 2000s.  Paul now oversees employee hiring, strategic planning and business development.

Paul attended Central CT State University and majored in Accounting. He later attended Trinity College in Hartford, CT where he earned a degree in Economics. Paul holds state of CT master trade licenses in HVAC, Plumbing & fire sprinkler trades. In his spare time, Paul enjoys Sailing with his wife, woodworking, & volunteering. He is a former deacon and church president at the First Church of Christ in Wethersfield, CT. 

Nate Breglio



Nate has been a Crest employee since 2005. Nate manages the estimating and plan/spec project departments for Crest. He handles preconstruction management services and also oversees the project managers during the construction process.

Nate attended Providence College and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Certificate in Business Studies. After College, he attended additional Business administration courses at the University of Hartford and trade license training at the Construction Education Center in Rocky Hill, CT. He currently holds state of Connecticut Fire Sprinkler and HVAC Trade licenses. He also holds a certificate in AutoCAD training from the New England Institute of Technology. 

Nate is a member of the Providence College St. Dominic Society and he enjoys volunteering for events and fundraising efforts to help his alma mater. In his free time, Nate enjoys working out at the gym, traveling with his wife, spending time with his son and following the New England Patriots.

Steve Voros

Vice President - Special Projects

Steve has been a Crest employee since 1996. Steve Joined Crest Mechanical as a plumbing field foreman. Steve has since gone on to obtain his State Master Licenses in the Plumbing, HVAC, and Medical Gas trades. He is field proficient in all types of commercial and industrial plumbing, heating, and process piping work. From 2005 through 2008, Steve was the company's General Superintendent for field personnel. Since 2009 Steve has been in charge of Crest's special projects division, dealing directly with building Owners and Facility managers. His responsibilities entail negotiating, outlining project parameters, project evaluation, and project management of facility and owner-direct projects. Steve is a company principal with equity interest. 

Joe Labella

Vice President - Field Operations


Joe has been a Crest employee since 1991. Joe joined Crest in 1991 as a plumbing apprentice. Once Joe mastered the plumbing trade, he turned his focus to the fire sprinkler trade. Joe excelled in Fire Protection and mastered the trade within six years. Since joining the company, Joe has been an apprentice, field journeyman, foreman and now holds the position of General Field Superintendent. Joe is a Principal with equity interest. Joe's 30 years of experience and expertise in his trade fields, and his strong work ethic has made him a respected employee with our corporate customer base and General Contractors alike. Joe was schooled in plumbing and FP trades through the State of CT apprentice program and the American Fire Sprinkler Association.

In his spare time, Joe enjoys fishing, boating, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
